Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Since we offer free shipping, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 25% service fee due to processing costs.
Any changes regarding size, modifications, or cancellations must be made before the order is shipped.
Once the product is shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns for Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you may request an exchange by:

Provide a photo of the defect, a description of the issue, and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain fairness, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Customized jackets made specifically for a customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
