Customer satisfaction and experience are extremely important to Shop Movies Wear. While we strive to provide the highest possible quality, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns or exchanges. To ensure a hassle-free process, please follow the guidelines below.
30 Days Return & Exchange
We offer a simple 30-day return policy. If you have any questions, please contact us via email, and a customer service representative will respond within 48 hours. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Since we offer free shipping on all products, all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
Cancellation of Orders
Order cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours. If completed within this timeframe, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s account. If the order is processed after this period, a 25% service fee will apply. Before your item is shipped, if you need changes regarding size, cancellation, or any modifications, please email us at support or contact us directly. Once the product has been shipped, no further changes can be made.
Products with Defects
If you receive a defective product, you may request an exchange. To do so, please submit our Return & Exchange Form or email us at info@shopmovieswear.com within 24 hours with a photo of the defect, a description of the issue, and your order number. Our customer service team will contact you and assist you further.
Situations Where a Return or Exchange is Not Possible
We strive to provide the best service possible, and our policies are designed to be fair and transparent:
If a fault is discovered that was not caused by us, the item will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Customized jackets made specifically for a customer are non-returnable.
